Immersed Resin is a small home run business based in Durban, South Africa. Specializing in bespoke products made from resin, our products include coasters, trays, and blocks. Preserving flowers from wedding bouquets & wedding garlands into our resin products is our specialty, each product is hand made to customer specifications and captures their special days memories in a unique way.
All About Me
My name is Suvarna Maharaj, the creator of Immersed Resin. Fulfilling my passion for creativity and art, I began my journey with resin by creating coasters in various shades of colour. I later started experimenting with flower preservation and fell in love with the look of dried petals in coasters, fast forward a few years and it has turned into preserving flowers from wedding bouquets & wedding garlands in resin trays and blocks.

Being a full-time engineer by day, the ability to craft something from scratch whilst using my creative skill to make these pieces of art has become my passion. Each piece is hand made by me, to specifically suit each customer's wants and taste. I love collaborating with customers and bringing their creative vision to life.

Being able to capture a moment in time from a special occasion and preserve it forever is very special. I have seen how touched my customers are by being able to gift those around them with something thoughtful and unique.
